The abutting resident warned the LED sign would throw light pollution three-quarters of a mile down the road, described existing traffic and noise problems, and said he cannot support the project.

He noted the 'ATM inside' text was added by the original developer decades ago and asked that the item be tabled so more information could come forward, inviting the board to view the site's nighttime lighting.

She urged the board to only impose conditions it can actually enforce, citing prior landscaping buffers that were cut back and now let light into her windows.
