Described 18 years hiking the property, an underground stream connecting lots 4 and 5 to Riddle Brook, a neighbor's species inventory (22 mammals, 59 birds, 17 reptiles/amphibians, 6 fish, 2 protected turtles), and submitted a petition of roughly 300 signatures.
