Top issues during term (4)(Business Jobs)
Route 101 gas station modernization
No direct town cost; the owner must obtain a license agreement from the Town Council for the sign's right-of-way encroachment.
Copyright violation of candidate interview
Enforcement options are limited because legal action against violators would be too costly for the station.
WBNH website, streaming, and mobile app upgrades
Better streaming and app data will support radio underwriting sales at roughly $300 per 30-spot package.
Indoor athletics and entertainment expansion at 409 South River Road
Private investment; no town cost identified, though traffic improvements tied to the DOT South River Road project will need coordination.
